The Kāpiti Coast District Council will shortly be undertaking its regular residents’ survey, seeking feedback on the wide range of services and facilities it provides.
Group Manager Strategy and Planning Sarah Stevenson says residents’ views are important in helping Council understand what they value and how happy Kāpiti communities are with the services and facilities provided by their Council.
“To ensure we get reliable information our research provider will be phoning and speaking to a cross-section of people in our community,” says Ms Stevenson.
“We appreciate the time that people take to share their feedback with us. It helps us as we work to identify areas where we could improve services, and we publish our residents’ satisfaction results each year in our annual report so people can see how we’re doing.”
The telephone survey begins on 3 March and is expected to run for approximately two weeks.
